Use of AI Technologies
Wisdom AI® utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs), which may include open-source or commercially licensed AI systems. These models are fine-tuned using HR-specific data to support automation and provide intelligent insights. Wisdom AI® does not develop or own any proprietary foundational AI models.
Assistive Purpose Only
AI outputs — including recommendations, summaries, predictions, or insights — are assistive in nature. They are not autonomous decisions and are meant to support, not replace, human judgment. The Customer remains fully responsible for all actions taken based on such outputs.
No Guarantees of Accuracy or Fitness
AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or contextually misaligned. Wisdom AI® makes no warranties as to its accuracy, legality, reliability, or fitness for any specific purpose, and assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or actions arising from the use of AI-generated content. Customer Responsibility & Compliance
All employment-related decisions — such as recruitment, termination, performance assessment, salary planning, leave, or any action involving individuals — must be independently verified. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, labor regulations, and internal company policies.
Subscription Term & Cancellation
AI-generated responses are not substitutes for professional legal, financial, or compliance advice. We recommend engaging appropriate professionals for guidance on critical matters.
AI Limitations & Bias
Our AI systems are continuously updated and refined; however, due to the evolving nature of AI, bias, hallucinations, and inaccurate output may still occur. Wisdom AI® disclaims all liability arising from such limitations. It is the customer’s responsibility to validate AI-generated output through internal governance or expert review.
Ethical AI Practices
Wisdom AI® is committed to responsible and ethical AI use. We follow internationally recognized principles of fairness, accountability, transparency, and data protection. We continuously monitor evolving AI laws and ethical standards to align our practices accordingly.
Regulatory Position
Although Wisdom AI® is not currently subject to AI-specific regulations such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or any current Maldivian AI legislation, we are actively monitoring these and other global frameworks. We will take reasonable steps to achieve compliance as and when such regulations apply. Use of AI Technologies.
Third-Party Model Terms
AI features powered by third-party models (e.g., OpenAI, Meta, or other LLM providers) are also subject to their respective licenses and usage terms. Wisdom AI® assumes no liability for the performance, legality, or behavior of third-party AI systems.
