Account Deletion Request

Your privacy and control over your data are important to us. Here’s how account deletion works for Tyros®, depending on your role and your organization.

For Employees / Users

Individual employees cannot delete accounts directly, as Tyros® accounts are managed by your organization.

If you want your account removed:

• Please contact your organization’s Tyros® admin.

• The admin will manage the account deletion request according to your company’s policies.
  
  

For Organizations / Admins

We Organizations can request account deletion by contacting Tyros® support.

• To cancel your organization’s subscription and delete all associated accounts, email us at support@thewisdom.ai

• Requests are handled according to our service-level agreement (SLA).

• All data will be deleted securely, following applicable retention policies.

Data Retention

Some data may be retained temporarily to:

• Comply with legal obligations

• Ensure security, prevent fraud, or investigate abuse

• Maintain anonymized operational reporting

All retained data is handled securely and only for the duration required by law or internal policies.
