Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use the Tyros® platform (“Software”) and related services (“Services”). Tyros® is a SaaS product developed and provided by Wisdom AI Pvt Ltd (“Wisdom AI®,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms apply to all users who access Tyros® through accounts created and managed by an employer or subscribing organization.
By accessing or using Tyros®, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms govern the use of the Tyros® platform and should be read together with the core Wisdom AI® Terms and Conditions, which also apply where relevant. Public website visitors are governed by the general Wisdom AI® Terms and Conditions.
1. Access and Account Control
Tyros® accounts are created, managed, and controlled by subscribing organizations.
Individual users do not create independent accounts.
Account permissions, roles, and access levels are defined by the organization’s administrator.
You may only use Tyros® for authorized organizational purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tyros® only for lawful, work-related activities approved by your organization.
You must not:
Share login credentials with unauthorized users
Attempt to bypass security controls
Misuse of location tracking, communication, or monitoring features
Use the platform for personal, unlawful, or non-work purposes
Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access by your organization.
Safety, Emergency, and Location Features
Tyros® may include features such as:
Incident reporting
Emergency alerts
Location-based visibility and geofencing
These features are designed to support operational safety and coordination. Location and activity data are processed based on organizational settings and permissions.
Your organization is responsible for how these features are used within applicable laws and internal policies.
Data Protection and Privacy
Subscribing organizations act as data controllers.
Wisdom AI® acts as a data processor for operating the platform.
Personal and operational data are handled in accordance with the Tyros® Privacy Policy and the Wisdom AI® Privacy Policy.
Support and Availability
Tyros® provides direct support to users and subscribing organizations.

Additional in-platform support features, including direct chat with the Tyros® or Wisdom AI® support team, may be introduced in the future.
While we aim to keep Tyros® available and reliable, the platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
Updates and Changes
We may update or modify Tyros® to:
Improve functionality
Enhance security
Meet legal or regulatory requirements
Some updates may occur without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to subscribing organizations when required.
Account Suspension and Termination
Access to Tyros® may be suspended or terminated if:
An organization cancels its subscription
An account is deactivated by the organization
These Terms are violated
When access ends, users must stop using the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisdom AI® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
Wisdom AI®’s total liability arising from or related to the use of the Tyros® platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the subscribing organization for Tyros® during the service period in which the event giving rise to the claim occurred.
Tyros® supports operational coordination and decision-making. It does not replace professional judgment, emergency response procedures, or regulatory obligations.
In the event of any inconsistency between this section and the core Wisdom AI® Terms and Conditions, this Tyros®-specific limitation shall apply to the use of the Tyros® platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.
