Tyros® is a product of Wisdom AI® and operates under the broader Wisdom AI® Privacy Policy, which also applies where relevant.

This policy applies only to Tyros® users. Visitors of the public website are governed by the general Wisdom AI® Privacy Policy.

2. Who Controls Your Data

For Tyros® accounts provided by an organization:

• Your employer is the data controller. They decide how personal data is collected and used for their internal operations.

• Wisdom AI® and Tyros® act as data processors. We handle data to provide the platform and services.

If your employer has a separate agreement with Tyros® or Wisdom AI®, that agreement may include additional privacy terms.

3. Information We Collect

Tyros® collects only the minimum information necessary to operate the platform securely:

a. Information You Provide

• Data you submit voluntarily, such as registration through your organization, contacting support, or filling out forms in the platform.

b. Automatically Collected Information

• Device type, operating system, app version

• IP address and usage logs

• Technical data needed to ensure platform performance and security

c. From Your Organization

• Basic organizational details needed to provide the service (e.g., company name, subscription status)

• Tyros® does not collect employee names, job titles, incident reports, emergency messages, attachments, or personal activity data

Key Note: All operational and incident data generated within your organization remains under their control.

4. How We Use Your Information

Information is used only for necessary platform operations:

• To provide and maintain the Tyros® platform

• To ensure platform security and reliability

• To improve performance, usability, and features

• To respond to support requests

• To comply with legal obligations

Tyros® does not use information for marketing or advertising.

5. Location Data and Privacy

Tyros® uses location information only for operational purposes, and its use is mandatory for features such as geofencing, SOS, and emergency coordination.

• Location data is collected continuously in the background only during working hours or when operationally required for specific roles.

• Location data is not visible to Tyros® or general organization staff. Only highly designated personnel within your organization can access it.

• Consent is required: When installing the app, users must grant permission for location access. The system will not function without this consent.

• Respect for personal privacy: By design, location tracking stops outside working hours, unless the user’s role or organizational policy explicitly requires continuous tracking.

• Organizational control: Tyros® and Wisdom AI® do not control how location data is accessed or used. This is entirely managed by the subscribing organization.

This ensures operational efficiency while protecting employee privacy and limiting access to only what is necessary.

6. Who We Share Information With

Information is shared only when necessary:

• With authorized users in your organization

• With systems your organization integrates with (with approval)

• To comply with laws or legal requests

• With service providers assisting in platform operations

Information is never shared for marketing or advertising.

7. Security of Your Information

Tyros® uses strong technical and administrative measures:

• Encryption for data in transit and at rest

• Role-based access controls

• Secure monitoring and logging

While no system is completely risk-free, Tyros® takes all reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Your Rights and Controls

As a user through your organization, you may:

• Request access to your personal information (through your organization)

• Request corrections (through your organization)

• Ask your organization to deactivate your account

• Control permissions for certain features, like location sharing

Tyros® cannot delete individual accounts directly; this is managed by your organization.

9. Data Retention

• Data is stored according to your organization’s policies

• Tyros® does not retain personal data longer than necessary for service or legal requirements

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as platform features or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on the Tyros® website and app. Continued use means you agree to the updated terms.
